• Easy to use with vertical mounted spit for fast shaving
• Fully sealed spit base to protect motor against grease or gravy, mounted on ball to support the weight of the meat and shocks
• Moulded juice collector with punched grill and removable drawer
• Armoured incoloy heating elements with independent 3 zone control
