Fimar Fresh Pasta Extruding Machine – PF40E
Direct from Italy, we have our fresh pasta machine ideal for kneading and extruding dough in different formats. Casing, bowl, bowl support, dough hook and propeller in AISI 304 stainless steel, microswitch on bowl lid, grilled lid to allow ingredients to be added even during processing, digital control panel, fully removable bowl for easy and quick washing. Dyes/moulds are not included in the machine price ā sold separately. The PF40E model is equipped with an extrusion mouth with water cooling and a pasta cutter included.
