Cut down on food preparation time with our Atlanta 20Lt Planetary Mixer – AT20PM. Great help for use in a restaurant, bakery, school or cafe. This mixer features three speed settings, manual bowl lift handle, large 20Lt stainless steel mixing bowl and 3 attachments, dough hook, wire whisk and flat beater. All attachments are easy to insert and remove with a simply push up and twisting motion.
Designed with 3 safety features in mind, the Atlanta AT20PM will only operate when the bowl is fitted and in place, stainless steel guard closed and handle/lever raised. If any of these are not in place or tampered with, the mixing action will come to a complete holt, preventing fingers and objects getting caught.
