Machine for rolling out egg, pizza and piada dough. Structure entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel – mirror polished AISI 304 stainless steel rollers – rollers opening 0 ÷ 10 mm – last passage thickness adjustment knob – microswitch on rollers protection cover.
Optional: single sheet cutter – useful cut 220 mm – different cutting sizes from 2-4-6-12 mm
